Terrible experience - provided no services and refused to honor the refund they promised.
Their understanding of customer service is to throw their fine-print 24-hour refund terms and conditions in your face even though they didn't provide a service or incur a cost.
I followed their refund dispute resolution process and they promised a partial refund given that my claim made sense (keeping a $150 non-refundable fee for doing nothing) to be processed between 45-65 business days. This is an absurd fee and timeline, but I accepted and waited.
Even then, they did not honor the refund. Completely ghosted me. No explanation, no response.
I feel scammed.
