In a market where we are deceived every day, I try to find a way to warn other consumers not to be deceived as I was. If I got here it's because I had a bad experience with a company that didn't honor its commitment to do the right thing as a supplier of some kind of service or sale. My intention is only to alert and help other consumers

I would like to leave here my bad experience with this insurance company that informs that it has 97% approval of its clients.
I have been a Geico customer since 2016. I have no history of accidents, no traffic violations or even parking. I have never used my Geico insurance for all these years.
In January of this year I needed to travel from California to where I live to solve some personal problems in the states of New York and Connecticut.
On March 1, another vehicle collided in front of my car, which was parked on the street in front of the house of a friend I visited. This vehicle left the scene of the accident without leaving your data as a phone or car plate.
I looked for a body shop to do the repair of my car. When I went through the data on my policy, I was informed that my car had no collision insurance which I disagreed with at that point and showed all the information on my policy.
I have in my policy the following insurance coverages: Comprehensive, Collision, Emergency Road Service, rental Reimbursement, Bodily Injury Liability, Property Damage Liability.
After much insistence on my part I was able to open a claim to make a cost estimate and request a rental car for use. At this point I had a very unpleasant surprise on the part of this company. I was informed that my case was under investigation and that I should wait for the authorizations for car repair, car rental authorization and any other procedure to be done or paid for by Geico.
The claim was opened on March 6. Today, March 16, I have no response from Geico. I have no car, I can not go back to my home in California and the answer I have is that I have to wait. Not to mention the 2 surveys done, interviews over the phone, interviews in person, calls and more calls.
Besides these problems the registration of my car sells on April 1st. From this date on, I can no longer use my car.
Therefore, it is registered here and a council to all who come to contract insurance of this company called Geico. Look for a company that respects the insured, do not believe in false promises or misleading advertisements. Geico does not have this percentage of approval, its service is horrible, its support is terrible, the process is bureaucratic and there is no respect for the client.
Unfortunately what I have left at this moment is to wait and take on all this damage that Geico is giving me. One more detail, the collision in my car affected front bumper, headlight, fog lights and a small dent in the fender. It was no major collision.
Before buying Ceico insurance, think, think and think again. There are other company options that will give you more confidence and respect.

I would like to demonstrate my bad experience with this company. Before buying the services I asked if they were even able to unlock 3 mobiles because I needed to go traveling and would use other mobile operators in other countries and the answer was yes, we can. The handsets were 1 Iphone X, 1 Iphone 8Plus and 1Samsung S9. I did not know the company I decided to do one at a time. I made S9 first and the codes arrived the next day and paid $ 30.00. I did the second order for the Iphone 8 Plus and paid $ 80.00. After 7 days I sent an email asking about the codes and they informed me that they were not doing it, I waited a few more days and I asked again and they informed that they were not getting the codes but had other options through a Chip in the value of $ 40.00 that should you overpay or pay another $ 60.00 to look for another solution. I did not accept it and asked for refund after 15 days of order. If someone is looking for a serious company the CELLUNLOCKER is not this company. Look for other companies, maybe you will not have these problems. CELLUNLOCKER is a bad company

I would like to inform you of my bad experience with this company. I bought a Rayban sunglasses with multifocal lenses. The lenses were of poor quality and I returned my glasses. When I went to request the return I was offered the amount paid plus 10% if I opted to buy another glasses in the company. I accepted and returned the glasses. After more than 5 days I did not receive authorization to use the credit again and I went to the chat to ask why the delay. The clerk said she should wait up to 5 working days. Not satisfied with this term I decided to cancel my purchase and request the refund of the amount paid on my credit card. First she did not want to do it and after I insisted a lot she decided to do and said that the credit would be done in up to 30 business days. Therefore, here is a great warning to anyone who is buying from this company. The return is not made that easy. You need to have patience with the support so that they solve your problem and the company is not true in the information published at the time of purchase. Great advice for new customers, DO NOT BUY THIS COMPANY, MAKE VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY.

There is no worse company than this one.
After 3 repair facility, 3 estimate, thousand dollars spent on reports, car rental, lost workdays, 4 months just waiting for an opinion from an inspector who asked to do burn tests, pictures, videos and then ask for the tierdown.
After the tierdown, the car was stopped for another 4 weeks for AUL Corporation to deny the claim.
Worst warranty company on the market.
Stay away from this company as much as possible.
Company without any credibility.
Company without transparency in business, omit everything. They do not provide any type of document, they have no respect for the customer.
Our loss was $7,000.00. How much will yours be if you trust this company?
I hope this review serves as a warning to consumers who are looking to purchase insurance from this company.
Stay away from this company as much as possible.
