Just got my pre-visa from them. It was a difficult period because the gov offices closed for a week due to holidays and I was thinking to fly during that time. (Tet week)
However, the communication with hotels in vietnam was superb. The agent, Vivian, kept me well informed of all my options through prompt emails.
After changing my arrival date to later date, I asked them if could then, use the standard normal service, and get my letter still on time. They reassure me that yes, not a problem. I paid the standard service, and got my letter just one day after the offices reopened and on time for my flight.
I felt treated as unique customer, I dont know how they do it. And comparing prices they were the cheaper ones.
