We had an awful experience when arriving at a hotel on a busy Easter weekend, telling us the hotel room we booked was not available. The hotel didn't recieve our confirmation or the £61.00 we paid. The said they didn't even use Travelzoo and the listing was fake. The hotel manager called Travelzoi 3 times to no avail and in the end gave us his room and a complementry breakfast free. Still waiting to hear from Travelzoo.
