I just wanted to thank SkinnyBonny for sharing such good guidelines details about your weight and your ongoing efforts to find happiness at a weight that works for you. I have lost 65 pounds and kept it off for 10 years, however I still have 5 pounds to go until I get to my goal weight. I haven't been able to drop a pound for the last 8 months, so I too am making a few changes for September. Mostly cutting out the little extras that seem to sneak into the day and adding extra intensity to my exercise programme.
