My experience at I Love Kickboxing has been motivational. The staff is friendly and inviting. You can tell they love what they do. The facility is very well taken care of. The classes are challenging, but the staff works with you and trains you on the warm ups, bag work, partner drills, etcetera. I have been attending I Love Kickboxing for over two months. I have already improved tremendously. I am stronger and healthier than I have been in years. I highly recommend!
