I bought a Sennheiser HD 4.50BTNC Headset. The product works fine, and the price was very good, $ 101 after a Welcome coupon for $ 10. But when I received the package, some items were missing from the package. The manual and the carry case were not inside the box. The box is the original and the device and the cables are fine. The manual is not important, but I had to search for it on Internet to know how to use all the functions of the products. But the carry case is really important for me. Also the device has some minor scratches, but I was waiting that because I know I was buying an open box or refurbished item. But not a missing item.
UPDATE:
Some days after I wrote this review, someone of BLINQ contacted me by email and offered me his appologies and $20 that he send my by PayPal. That changed my perception of the company in a good way: they are proactive, customer oriented and honest. I can't expect anything better for how they solved the problem.
