We purchased my sons main birthday present on the 5 May. Received email to confirm purchase and then no further updates. I emailed customer service with all the details on the 11 May (6 days after placing order) and I received 1 email saying my order will be upgraded to express post with no explanation as to why the delay. I also tried to ring that day but no one answered the phone even though they have a phone number listed on their website. After waiting for 20 mins, I got a recorded message and I could leave a message. No one responded to that message. My little boy turned 5 10 days after ordering and his one main present he wanted was a no show. I emailed them again on his birthday and asked if I could cancel my order as I had received no further communication. I received a reply saying it was too late to cancel. Later that day (his actual birthday) I received a message to say it had been shipped. So disappointed. Cannot recommend. Very poor communication - no explanation given to me so obviously customer service is not a priority.

Tip for consumers:
We got the impression that there was fast process and chose to register/track our order to get it to us within the time frame. None of what they stated prior to purchasing was our experience. They don't make it easy to have a conversation, neither did they give us any explanation of their poor service.
