Takes all kinds and not everyone is going to be a good fit for WTMX. No one has to be there if they can't handle it. I've been there long before it went NS and WN and while that's not my thing I manage to survive without suffering chronic butt hurt. There are some genuine people I am rather fond of that I have been acquainted with for years and a lot of new people I enjoy even if I don't always agree with their POV and sure, some are, in my opinion, total jerks but hey, the block feature works great and there is a "not see option" for individual posts and a "7 day snooze" feature when members are being especially annoying and you bet I use that every so often.
I don't need people who think just like me to find interesting content and conversation. I actually learn a thing or two once in a while and hopefully some of what I share makes people think or at least laugh. If not, no biggie. None of the people there can truly effect my psyche or ruin my life unless I let them.
I am not that weak and I have a real life beyond social networking.
But if you have no real life, if you are insecure, weak and dependent on a bunch of up-votes to feel good about yourself, go back to facebook and snivel with the rest of wusses, libtards, SJWs and send out your virtue smoke signals...
Oh, and before I go... sure, I have witnessed a few of members who seem disturbed or emotionally fragile. The admins usually take notice and if appropriate, I have seen an effort to support that person. But sometimes there is nothing to be done.
