Hello. To whoever ir reading this about *******@yahoo.com: they are total con artists. I paid 700 USD with the agreement to be either refundable and/or get my certificates. Was supposed to pay the difference after the certificates were online.
They asked me for a further 1000 USD.
I requested refund of the 700 I paid and never heard back from them nor got the refund.
Stay away from these con artists.
