I submitted my order on September 4th, then received email confirmation of my purchase, following day received another email with tracking number as shipping confirmation and on September 8th, received another email saying that I will be receiving my order following day which is the 9th!? Guess what, it's not true was keep checking the tracking number and show that package hasn't picked up by the carrier yet! Called Nordstrom Rack customer service couple times and both representatives confirmed that I should receive my order before or by Thursday September 17th! Give them the credit of the doubt and here's the 17th, and still no package and no tracking information! Called again customer service on the 17th and supervisor said that she will investigate and get back to me today. I really don't like put any bad reviews but this experience was very disappointing.
