I HAVE SHOPPED WITH NEW CHIC FOR TWO YEARS NOW, COLLECTING THEIR SOCOFY VINTAGE STYLE BOOTS. LOVELY BOOTS, REAL LEATHER, UNIQUE DESIGNS. SHIPPING IS SLOW, BE PATIENT, TAKES ABOUT 6 WEEK TO ARRIVE. AT ONE POINT IT LOOKED AS IF ONE PAIR WAS LOST IN TRANSIT. NEW CHIC REFUNDED ME WITHIN 24 HOURS. BOOTS ARRIVED LATE & WHEN I CONTACT NEW CHIC TO PAY BACK THE REFUND THEY GRACIOUSLY GIFTED THE BOOTS TO ME FOR THE INCONVENIENCE OF LATE DELIVERY. I WAS VERY PLEASED!

Bought something online. Terrible website that kept crashing. Got the product. Really cheap and poor quality. Trying to return it was told I had to have set up an account when I ordered. This was nowhere specified anywhere clearly on the site. Got them to issue a UPS label. Sent the product back by UPS. Product arrived to them on August 7th. As of today, September 6th, still no refund. Got an email claiming the refund went back onto my bank card. It's not there. Bank never saw it come in. Person on the phone said a supervisor would look into it and email me. Nothing. Will never order from this company again. Oh, and did I mention it's real name is Indonesia something or other? So just one more sweatshop company with a false image, cheap poor quality products and horrible customer service. Will keep pushing for my refund. Would not recommend doing business with them.

SENT VERY CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS TO THIS COMPANY. THEY IGNORED THE INSTRUCTIONS AND DID NOT WRITE TO THE PROMPT. THEY CUT AND PASTE INFORMATION FROM WIKIPEDIA THAT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE PROMPT. THEY CHARGED A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR THIS. NEVER USE THEM YOU WILL LOSE MONEY, FAIL YOUR ASSIGNMENT, GET CAUGHT ON TURNITIN, AND END UP IN A MESS OF PROBLEMS. MEANWHILE THEY WILL GET PAID AND NOT EVEN LOOK BACK.
