I ordered Minelly boots (see picture, advertised as leather boots) and the other picture is the "things" I received. They refuse to refund, they are not sending the real thing either. Thankfully I could contact the credit card and claim the money back.
SCAM: Stuff that never arrives and they don't refund

The store name is "Shoespanish" but they go for Segurim.es at their URL. I ordered this of shoes (http://www.segurim.es/botines-minelli-f80-801-negro-noir-135442-p-928.html) from them on November 14th 2017 and to start with, they charged my credit card with a higher amount than it was due. As of today Desember 21st I haven't received them. I contacted customer service but they didn't provide a tracking number for the package. I'm asking for refund, and they are only offering me 15-20 (I paid almost 70) and keeping my item to re-sell (the one I have not received!). Don't buy from them! They are pure scam. I don't know if I'll see my money again (or my item) at all. I'm reporting them to the police unless they refund me. If they do, I will post it here.

I order regularly ffom eVitamins, overseas orders. They have a great customer service, and if any problem arises there's always a solution. Great site!

When I shop there, I'm always confident that if there is a problem with the items it will be solved. I love this site and recommend it.

I bought an XL size of the MELUNA sport menstrual cup through a local online dealer. In the ME-LUNA site they claim the capacity is 42 ml, but when it arrived I measured it and the capacity was 28 ml (measured under the holes, which is the real useful capacity), and 40 ml if measured heaping full almost over-the-rim. When I complained, the local dealer told me that it was the makers responsibility, so I wrote to ME-LUNA to complain. Their answer was to dismiss my complain and tell me that their cup measured what they said. So here is my measuring, in case anyone is interested in knowing it. I made a video of my measuring at almost-over-the-rim capacity. So, if you are looking for a really large capacity cup, don't buy this one. Tip for consumers: MELUNA XL size menstrual cup real capacity:
28 ml measured under the holes
40 ml measured almost-over-the-rim heaping full.

Here is what they wrote to me on january 28t, about my so long asked refund. And I'm still waiting patiently for it. I'm pretty sure I will never see my money again. Don't trust this site.

Many months later, however, after I wrote this review, they saw it and finally refunded me. They asked me to say it, and also I want to share it. They took their time, and it took me a few bad reviews and more than 6 months but finally I got the refund, plus a little compensation from them, which was nice after all the trouble. So, all ended well in the end.

Tip for consumers: If you end up buying and later asking for a refund, make sure you point out that you want a real refund, or they will put it in "your wallet" (which is more "their wallet" than yours) were you can only exchange it for more of their products.
