I bought a $150.00 gift card for my boyfriend for Christmas to go towards his more expensive Mai Jims. When he attempted to use the card it only gave him an error stating the card was locked down due to recent activity. Customer service refused to fix this only ever giving us a brush off. We have yet to get the $150 back after 7 days of calling every day trying to get someone to resolve the problem. Needless to say my Christmas present was ruined.
