I bought an $800 dollars ring for my wife to give her as a gift and i had ordered it online.
The package came damaged.
When i called peoples and comllained about it. They said well its not our fault and is the ring damaged?
I said i am not an expert but would like to have it inspected. The lady on the other end said why... when its not damaged. I said i dont know that so i would like to have it inspected. She refuseed to and said its *******@UPS fault for damaging the box.
No one is taking any responsibility. I dont want this product anymore.

People's advertised that they have affordable repair's. I brought a ring in that had a life time...
Forced refund and refused service to help complete a new order so I could get the Boxing Day...
