I think this is probably the worst experience I had with any service.
There is the absolute need to choose a delivery address for the hard-copy (which is completely useless in 2020) and it's very costly for people outside of the US (60$ really? Is the queen gonna deliver that?, as if the service is not pricey enough). On top of that, an operator kindly suggested to select a US based delivery address so that the delivery cost was minimal if I did not care about the hard-copy. When I did so, the payment method kept erroring out, but my credit card was still charged, so all my funds were blocked. The cherry on top is the 2 hours long queue to speak with a $#*!ing operator... CONGRATS! Amazing customer service, absolutely disgusted. It should be 0 stars but it doesn't allow it.
