The way they handle my case it sucks
Take to long. You can only do through email
I book my car rental through this company and don't recommend if something get wrong you never get your money back
I informed them about about my time change it was 12h later than my car rental. I send my email to them a day before but they did not inform car rental. When I cam my car was not available bc they failed to inform them even though I paid already for. Now they claim that is the car rental policy. I feel ript off
