“Kickboxing is AMAZING”

Kickboxing is such a good workout and SO much fun. Every class is different and you can go at your own pace so its perfect for any level of fitness! The instructors at ILKB Vaughan are so welcoming and friendly. They are great - so supportive and encouraging. The classes fly by - but hey - time flies when youre having fun right?
