Problems with installation started when the company sent a newbie who - as we learned later from another installer - "did not know what he was doing." Indeed he struggled to find a good reliable location in the back as we originally wanted, proposed to put the dish 140 ft away from the house which - as we also learned later - was too far for a good signal. We agreed to put it in front of the house and barn in the end where there was a good clearance but he could not finish that day as he had another appointment. A week later on the day of the rescheduled service, another guy "Chris" called and expressed his criticism of the first installer and general pessimism about the project, sight unseen, but finally when we assured him that there was plenty of open space (over 20 acres as a matter of fact) of completely open land in front, he agreed to come "in an hour." And then nothing - no answer to repeated phone calls and messages we left on his cell phone. After two and a half hours of waiting for him, and a couple of phone calls to customer service finally some supervisor looked into it and discovered that the guy Chris simply put a note that the service order is closed due to lack of clearance! He did not even come and look at the site! Was he rushing to lunch and couldn't be bothered? Do they not give a damn about customers? And that was it, no "we are sorry", just this, "case is closed, nothing else can be done, goodbye." The disrespect for customers and their time, the arrogance! Stay away from this awful racket!
