Placed a bid on a hotel based on the examples of hotels available for a specific star rating. I was given a reservation for a hotel included in a lower star rating. I called customer service who was not helpful and insisted that the examples are just that. They are not real and do not represent how they rate specific hotels. In other words, bid low and you end up in a cheap lower rating hotel. False advertising and misleading information. Don't fall for it. Just book directly with the hotel next time. Never again!
