The website sells hair for weaving or braiding boosting a money back guarantee within 30 days. The hair is poor quality, tangles, mattes and sheds. This is not Remy quality hair and after having the the hair professionally installed it lasted less than 2 weeks.

I attempted to contact well before the 30 day guarantee period was over, but received only emails apologizing but not taking any action. I did not want a refund becauseI knew that wouldn't happen. My request was for a replacement. I just decided to WARN others to not spend their money with this eagle nest hair that mattes and sheds.
