I've had a really bad experience with arcadeshock so far. I placed my order three weeks ago, still haven't received it, reached out to them inquiring about my shipment and there's nothing they could do to help. They never thanked me for placing my order, never said sorry for the late shipment, i called USPS to inquire about this shipment and turns out that the sender needed to call them to resolve this issue. I've sent another email to AS 3 days ago and never received a message back. I hate being ignored and they don't answer their phone either.

I'm not usually complaining, but man get your company straightened..
