Bought 2 cushions in December 30th, 2017. When I received it, they were too much stiff. Wrote to the customer service and they provided my a return number. Sent back the cushions on January 8th, 2018 and they arrived at 1800Wheelchair warehouse on January 11th. Since that time I wrote many times to seller to get my refund. Always wrote me that the refund is processed, even set me a credit memo, but still don't have any retund in my Paypal account.
