The women with the name Vivian is the reason I am reluctant to visit this store. She is very unfriendly and hostile.she also discriminates against white people and very rude. I actually like this store more than others and it's location is good for me to visit but I dread going there because of her.Now she is upfront greeting people but doesn't greet us.

We bought a Winix 450 and it came with a broken remote control. The customer service is nonexistent and when after several attempts on the phone and on line a men picked up the phone and I explained the problem he just hanged up.
After that he he never answered... we are completely flabbergasted... How could a business be run this way?
