I placed my order on the 22nd and tracking says I will not get it until May 2. It is unacceptable to have to wait 10 days for needed medicine!
There has been some delay issue every time I have placed an order, 5 orders. All of the delays could have been prevented if they just picked up the phone and called me as I have requested at least 3 or 4 times.
Seems I'm not the only one that has had delay issues. The BBB shows similar complaints along with their reluctance to make a phone call dating back 3 years. Why haven't they fixed the problem?
These ongoing issues could be resolved by adding this to their process:
-Ask the customer if they would rather be contacted by phone or email and adhere to their request.
-If you haven't gotten back a response to your email, phone call, or fax within 24 hrs., call the customer.
These ongoing delays are putting our beloved pets at risk.
