“They refuse to refund even when they have the refund from the airline”

My flight was cancelled in April due to COVID. American Airlines has refunded already Vayama, but after SIX MONTHS they continue to send me scripted BS mails about "pending status", "have patience" and so on. Most infuriating experience on costumer service ever!
