**this is a review of the company, not of their phones**
On July 15th i ordered a Blade Max View (+ case) for $164.23. The sales associate assured me it would arrive in a week. I did not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, so i contacted them directly to receive one (red flag #1). I then waited... and waited... and waited for the order confirmation (free shipping through ZTE is FedEx 2-day. After contacting the chat support multiple times, i was put in contact with a manager that promised me that she would get back to me with a shipping number by the end of the day (Monday, July 22nd). She did not. The next day, I request a refund and am told that, even though the item had not shipped, even though i had paid the money, they could not process a refund. They then shipped the item anyway (which i immediately returned to sender via contacting FedEx directly).
I have still not received my money, even though ZTE has received the phone they shipped as of the 29th of July.
