I bought 3 sunscreen and after I received them it shows the expiration date is this year 2021! Is already 2021!So I contact them though email and chat,I didnot get any response from them by email and one of their member said yes they will provide a free shipment when I return. However,they didnot send me anything ,I have wait for more that 48h and I decide send the item in UPS then I paid 17dollars shipping fee. When I talk with another member through chat,his name is Genesis,and he is so arrogant when he talk with me. He said "is not impossible ". This is his response and he said he cannot give me any compensation,just understand me. How could he said "impossible"?I said another member have contact with me,but he said nothing record in the chat history!I am so angry about that he said because I sent the product too early,and I need to wait their response. I don‘t know I must use the free return lable and actually no one response my email at all!
