I had a really good experience with mega motor madness! The customer service team was very helpful whenever I called or emailed them, they made sure to answer all of my questions. They made me aware of all the things that needed to be done to the unit as well as the inspection. I truly believe if people listen to the reps, maybe there experience would have been better. I can admit the quality isn't the greatest but the price reflects what you get! Like the saying "You get what you pay for". I did receive my scooter with slight damage to the seat and Matt sent me a new one! Awesome staff, decent product. I even asked them about all the negative reviews I've read and they assured me that they are new staff and want to make sure all their customers have a great experiences.
