“TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.”

I am furious! I have been trying to contact Hebeos for the last week- have received no replies! All my messages on live chat have been suspended due to inactivity yet I have been on the site waiting for them to reply! My dress was supposed to arrive on (or before) the 12th of April yet on track my order is still under tailoring! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. CAUSES UNNECESSARY STRESS.
