Avoid these guys. Ordered a $4.6k machine, with lots of upgraded stats, including upgraded RAM. When I got the machine, the RAM ran at 2.4Ghz instead of 4 I paid for. That's because the RAM wasn't on the motherboard manufacturer's QVL list.

When I called tech support, they offered either a partial refund for the RAM (why partial?) or to send me other, generic sticks, with no guarantee they'd work any better. In general support was unhelpful bordering on rude.

I'm never shopping with these guys again.

Great site. The few times I've had to ask for refunds/replacements due to defective products they've been super responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.
