Diamond doctor bad experience
- Didn't like the service I received in this store, so much that I had to write a review about how terrible it was! Diamond Doctor are NOT "doctors" by any means... more like Diamond Scammers, don't do business with these guys.
Never have I ever in all my years of purchasing jewelry experienced such an ordeal as bad as what happened to me at Diamond Doctor, who in my eyes are truly the worst of the worst. They caused a lot of trouble for me and my family who were inadvertently involved because of my experiences with Diamond Doctor who are in fact the worst jewelry company I have had the displeasure of dealing with for a number of reasons.
1. They deliberately took their time dealing with my refund request
So much that they believe my case was not valid because I'd passed the deadline to ask for a refund when I asked for it 2 weeks before. They were deliberately avoiding my calls to get a refund and after several visits to the store they believed that they were in the right despite there being an obvious problem with my purchase.
2. The quality of what I bought was not what it said on the certificate
Bemused as to why I hadn't had a refund yet I thought I'd get extra proof by meeting with other jewelers around the city to have my jewelry graded. Right now there is a Diamond Doctor lawsuit going on so I thought I'd see for myself; turns out the diamonds in my ring were not the grade that they were on the certificate. Now I had further proof as to why I was really angry with these guys - they ripped me off and they were selling phony diamonds to customers!
3. David Blank
David Blank Diamond Doctor owner is now in the midst of a Diamond Doctor lawsuit. He needs to admit that his company has done wrong and not hide behind his Dallas Cowboys piles of money. He needs to train his staff, he needs to work to sell LEGIT diamonds AND he needs to realize how bad he looks to everyone right now.

Focuses on the news stories that don't quite make the sensationalist front covers of newspapers. Although state-run by Qatar it still manages to produce unique content every day.
