I sent 2 parcels together with Hermes as a return, received 1 email regarding a refund for 1 item however I have not received anything for the other.
Upon contacting Missguided I was told one parcel had not reached them yet despite me having tracking information proof stating that in fact, it had, on the same day as the other return.
I was told to wait an additional unnecessary 10 days just to contact them again about the same issue and will most likely be told the same thing. Avoid.
