Similar to the other user's experience, I ordered Windows 7 download, it did not work, they offered to burn to DVD for me and mail to me. It's been 3 weeks and no sign of DVD in mail. Their "competitive" pricing means nothing when you can't get a working product. I would not buy from them again.
