Making my orders with MYUS has been the worst decision I've ever made. I recommend everybody who is thinking of using their service to read my reviews before making decisions. I hate myself soooo much for trusting the company in the first place.
1)They will not ship many products which are not specified on MYUS site. Once those products are delivered at MYUS, you are STUCK with them.
2)They charge $7 for returning each package they received and they ONLY SHIP to an APPROVED US address. An Approved US address means they WILL NOT ship your packages to any other domestic logistics companies.
Check the case of *******, they don't want to bring business to their competitors and give me an excuse saying that shipping export restricted products to their competitors would be seen as to bypass the export laws. EXCUSE ME? Did I EVER say I will be exporting my packages? In fact, I've stated clearly that I am requesting another logistics company who offers a competitive rate to either return my packages or to offer free local pickups in Portland.
MYUS is not in any position to judge my business with another logistic company and presume to know that I would be exporting my packages as a fact.
3)One of their customer representative, Benjamin, offers unbelievable terrible service. He refused to clarify which regulations I am subject to for shipping my packages domestically and warned me that they would remove my packages from my account if I didn't agree with either using their service to return or shipping to an approved address in ONLY FOUR DAYS.
I am telling him that I've written an email to US Customs and Border Protection to check if my request bypasses the export law and beg MYUS to hold my packages till I get a response. Benjamin completely ignored my request and didnt connect me with any supervisor, but with a cold reply saying the deadline has passed. What a wonderful person he is!
Benjamin gave me very hard time, which has totally ruined my shopping experience. I will share my experience anywhere I could, not only in the US and but also on the Chinese largest overseas shopping platform to keep other people away from stress and hassle.
