The website states that the product will arrive in 5 to 7 business days, when in reality, it's closer to two weeks (and from China, which they never stated on their website). Upon finally receiving the product (which was pretty much horrible shoes made of cheap plastic), I contacted and called the company several times to have a return label sent to me, but they never returned my calls or emails. My only recourse now is to sell the cheap shoes on ebay for far less than what I paid for them.

Don't bother getting this service is you move to the suburbs. We had no choice but to get a mobile internet hotspot and Hulu doesn't allow it. Very rude too when you call to complain too. We were treated like another expendable customer. Thank God for Sling, DirecTVNow and YouTube Live TV.
