Have purchased from catchoftheday several times now. Sale prices are great, Items sent quickly and packaged well. Returns - only had problem with one product, after supplying photograph of item I was advised replacement would be sent out and received emaill confirming this. Usually my first reaction was to cringe and worry about hassle I was going to receive- this never happened with catchoftheday extremely polite customer service office and actually listened to what I had to say. Recommend this website but would still advise shop-around also.
