I got problem in add money on the wallet, 2 weeks to fix small problem and they do nothing problem and so I needed create dispute on paypal, I got refund and i got ban. Why? This is their answer

I asked what is terms... and the answer

Really, you cant refund money and cant help and fix!

I waited 2 weeks to fix problem, what i got? I got ban only ( i got refund by paypal, they not helped me)

You need to add money on the wallet, if you get problem in add money and they will ask send ID and send many photos and and and... then nothing and you will get ban if you want dispute on paypal!,
