I have been a customer of Yoybuy since 2015. The first two years were pretty good. Yoybuy was fairly reliable. But after 2017, the service declined dramatically. Yoybuy is supposed to place a priority on the issues Merchant-level members face, but this has not been my experience. When Yoybuy loses packages or does not carefully inspect items received from merchants, it will try every trick to shift responsibility onto the customer, even if shipping insurance has been paid.
To make matters worse, when Yoybuy takes several months to deliver a forwarded parcel, its inept accounting system will time out for confirmation of received parcel with the parcel still in transit. This will preclude customers from receiving coupon points for the parcel. Why? Because Yoybuy required several months to deliver the forwarded parcel.
In these situations, Yoybuy refuses to accept responsibility and will always scheme to find a way to make customers pay for its own ineptitude.
