I have 3 horse waterers and 4 cattle watterers. I have spent HUNDREDS on excess water bills because of these waterers. Their water cutoff systems do not work. AND they keep using the same funky type of system on their waterer. I have at least 3 different products. Metal and gibberish yet all use the same crummy system and the company is ZERO help. Do no buy one... Constant maintenance for ranchers.

We have been owners for many years. We own at one of the top resorts with Marriott.

It seems we keep paying more each year in fees and keep getting fewer benefits. It is also harder and harder to book at our home resorts... even with a Platinum membership. I believe once you have made the purchase of the timeshare Marriott really couldn't care less about the owners. I also find that we can often book more cheaply outside of Marriott network. To say it another way. It is cheaper to book a week through another source than it costs me in our yearly fees and miscellaneous dues at Marriott AND there are fewer restrictions and more places to go than just sticking with Marriott!. And that does not count the cost of buying the timeshare in the first place. Overall, I think it was a bad investment. ET

Once again found their prices hard to beat on several mountain bike related items. Becoming so dominant. Need to work on the speed and cost of their normal shipping. $9/month is too much for Prime.

They get beat-up by some sectors of our press or community but bottom line they have saved us billions since Sam Walton started that little company many years ago. They have hired millions and yet they still get no respect. Pretty sad. It is a home-grown company that has done great and all we do is bad mouth them.

Had ordered a mountain bike and to make a long story short, I was not getting the bike I had ordered. I contacted their customer service management and it was resolved to my satisfaction. Any company can make a mistake, but when they admit it and make it right and apologize for the error I think they deserve credit. Too often today companies will not admit their errors or make things right. I found out that Sports Authority is a quality organization. Ernie Thomas

I am trying to cancel two orders that have not shipped or been processed. Seems like it should be a fairly straight forward process, and not take too long if you cancel orders within 48 hours, right? WRONG!. Can't talk to anyone... must do all online.
These remarks are a big reason for not wanting to wait for the items.

I have tickets in on both orders. But with LTB you do simply get delayed for no obvious reason. Think twice before ordering from them. The "Processing" takes MUCH longer than expected. Then you have shipping. So, if you pay for expedited service you still may be waiting over a month for your product. Shipping charges are too high for the speed. A shame... such potential if they would get their act together.

12/2/UPDATE... Lightinthebox contacted me... offered to get the products to me faster, but again, it was going to take a month to get the items. They just returned most of my payment via PayPal... but it will take longer if you use a credit card. Again. They have potential as a company IF they would work on their processing times. I believe it is because many of their products are not made until someone orders them... that slows the process. Also, if you read the reviews you will see they need to better size compare their products. Finally, work on quality. Prices are great but most would pay a bit more if the quality was better. ET

My wife and I were platinum members at the old Starwood and regretted the change with Marriott....
