“Poor service”

Very poor service, i ordered a sb-700 flash on cyber monday. I had to email every day to find out status. They said it in process,. Then finally 8 days later i called, and they said its going to be about 30 days?

Poor poor service. They should not put some thing on there site that they dont have... poor. I got a refund
