HSBC as a bank is okish, ( if you have an hsbc account you will know what I mean) their phone app is is a nightmare.
Four times out of ten you cannot connect, when you do its all right if you want nothing more complicated than your balances,, god help you if you want to pay a bill.
Not for the short term memory loss people, or anyone before the Internet was taught at school.

Used this company many times, never been disaponted, gave them 4 stars because 5 stars would mean perfect and no one is perfect.

There page is set up to seem to be a Canada gov site.( only very small print at the bottom says it isn't) they charge 40 US dollars to process your eta ( electronic travel approval) to travel to Canada, it's just been introduced.
If you go onto the real site it's 7 dollars Canadian and it's faster, so 33 dollars for them to do what you can do yourself.
