I bought 2 tickets on Cathay Pacific from SFO to Bangkok.
They processed my application and said my confirmation was pending.
An hour later. Nothing, so i texted their online chat. She said give it another hour. After 2 hours no confirmation. So I called their customer service. They put me on hold till I hung up. After 4 hours i emailed them. Still no confirmation. No reply. At 8 hours, I called my credit card company. They said no charges had been made yet but would flag it if they charged my card and I could document that I attempted to contact them. I emailed chatdeal to say I was cancelling my order.

I booked direct with Cathay Pacific. And got immediaye confirmation

My guess is chatdeal didnt have the seats i reserved but wouldnt admit it

I wasted 8 hours with them for nothing

This is a scam. If you accidentally think you are dealing with the US Postal Service and get charged a fee of 19,95 notify your credit card company and they will reverse the charges.
