Walmart's delivery service is terrible. I ordered from them twice and the first time the carrier they used (uber) left the entire order in front of the building. When I went to look at it, I realized it wasn't even mine. So the driver had to come back and pick up that order and bring mine. When I asked him about it, he told me they don't get any details about the orders (including what they contain!) so he mistakenly gave me the wrong one.

The second time only part of my order arrived and I asked the delivery person where the rest was and he told me that the store said the order was complete. When I called requesting that the rest of the order be delivered the same day, I was told it was too late and they couldn't replace it, they could only refund it. In other words, all the items I was counting on having for the following day weren't going to show up.

They don't have their own delivery vehicles so they use multiple carriers who aren't reliable and their personal shoppers need a lot more training.

If you must shop at Walmart, save yourself a headache and just go in and shop yourself instead of relying on a delivery

I bought 2 packs of the 22 inch bleach blonde tape in extensions and had my hair stylist put them in for me after she dyed them with elumen. These are the worst extensions I have ever used. They have broken until they are about 15 inches now and I put them in in March. Every time I wash them they get so tangled and matted and I've been so gentle and careful with them, trying not to wash them too much, deep conditioning my hair and very very gently brushing out the continuous knots and tangles. I will not buy any hair from this site again.
