I listed some rooms we had for rent with many details as to location and price. We were constantly bombarded with folks looking for something completely different (i. E., we are on a farm - clearly stated in ad - and people wanted a room that was close to the metro... or someone wanted to pay $500 monthly including utilities; ad stated clearly it was $1000 plus shared utilities.). To cap it off, they automatically bill you monthly - I signed up for a trial, had no knowledge that it would revert to automatic payment (yeah, I get it - I'm sure it was in the fine print, but there is NO WAY TO CANCEL after your initial 2 weeks). STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM ROOMSTER!
Just because someone post a review, does not mean its true! See actual screenshots of Erin Pittman's transactions.
