Same complaint as others... 16 days (not including weekends and holidays) and still no merchandise. Customer service has been responsive to my emails but have only offered to provide me a $5 store credit towards another purchase. No thank you!
I would recommend folks log complaints with the Better Business Bureau because on the BBB site there are minimal complaints logged and Zulily continues to have a favorable A- rating: http://www.bbb.org/western-washington/business-reviews/childrens-and-infants-wear-retail/zulily-in-seattle-wa-*******
This is the first time I've purchased from this kind of bargain site and I'm skeptical if I should ever purchase again not just on Zulily but similar stores such as Foundry.
