Ordered 5 tins may 31 and it's now June 25 and haven't got anything they say that it is lost in mail but my local post office states that they do indeed have a tracking number and the post office seems to think that they just did not ship my order. Not impressed

Dear Erik, contrary to the statement of your local post office we do unfortunately NOT have a tracking option for regular shipping. We're very sorry that your order did not arrive - it is certainly not in our interest to simply not ship orders. We have already given you a refund for this order after you have been in touch with our customer service.
