Wow, what utter and complete scam artists. I purchased two chairs for $200 total on July 7th.
I got a confirmation that the order would ship 8/15, which was fine with me. Today, 8/6, I got an email saying that Stripe supposedly won't let them have access to funds processed via that platform and advised that I dispute the charge with the bank. They claimed that if I reordered, my order would received expedited processing. So, you're telling me that now I need to buy these expensive chairs that are no longer on sale with a completely new payment BEFORE I get a refund, that they're not even bothering to process?!
What kind of scam artists think that's acceptable?! Already contacted my bank since they're too lazy to process a refund on their own. I'm furious. I read negative reviews about this company and decided to take a gamble because I loooove their chairs.
Wish that I didn't even purchase at all because it's crystal clear to me now that they're scam artists. I also emailed customer service on 7/30 and 8/5 with no response so they clearly were ignoring me because they were planning to keep my money. I'm seriously so angry.
NEVER AGAIN! HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST PURCHASING!!
