Wow, what utter and complete scam artists. I purchased two chairs for $200 total on July 7th.

I got a confirmation that the order would ship 8/15, which was fine with me. Today, 8/6, I got an email saying that Stripe supposedly won't let them have access to funds processed via that platform and advised that I dispute the charge with the bank. They claimed that if I reordered, my order would received expedited processing. So, you're telling me that now I need to buy these expensive chairs that are no longer on sale with a completely new payment BEFORE I get a refund, that they're not even bothering to process?!

What kind of scam artists think that's acceptable?! Already contacted my bank since they're too lazy to process a refund on their own. I'm furious. I read negative reviews about this company and decided to take a gamble because I loooove their chairs.

Wish that I didn't even purchase at all because it's crystal clear to me now that they're scam artists. I also emailed customer service on 7/30 and 8/5 with no response so they clearly were ignoring me because they were planning to keep my money. I'm seriously so angry.

NEVER AGAIN! HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST PURCHASING!!

I ordered six items in December. They arrived in February. One of the items was wrong -- I was sent a Carolina Panthers tote instead of a Poe sugar skull tote. I requested that it was resent. Still wasn't there in April so I sent a follow up email. They said they sent it but they'd resend it. In late April they sent me ANOTHER Carolina Panthers tote despite the supposed second shipping confirmation claiming that they sent a Poe skull tote. I wrote again and they said they needed to see photos of the multiple incorrect items I'd been sent to resend one. They claim to have resent the correct item but it's May 24 and I still have nothing. They also refused to give me a partial credit or any form of compensation despite their profound inadequacy. I will NEVER order from them again.
