Terrible customer service and a horrible experience to boot. I tried the company out and when I wanted to cancel my subscription. The subscription auto renewed a day early so I sent an email asking for them to cancel my subscription. After they sent me back bad directions on how to cancel it myself. I sent them another email asking them to just do it since it would take them 2 minutes compared to me trying to figure out the terrible directions they gave me in their last email. They responded with a screen shot of Pay Pal on how to do it myself instead of just canceling it. That screen shot turned out to be old and I had to send PayPal a request to cancel my subscription and look into this companies business practices. It's odd how some businesses will just take advantage of someone for a few bucks.
Avoid this company you'll be glad you did. Good Luck.

AVOID THE UNLIMITED CARDS - They say $10 Unlimited - what you get is 200 minutes and someone on the phone at Cricket Customer support rep telling you there is no such card. FRUSTRATING! - GO BOOST MOBILE or VIRGIN.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Time Warner does it RIGHT! They give you more than what you pay for. I didn't have any issues getting it installed and the connection is 98% of the time 6Mbs faster than what I'm paying for, always faster than what I'm paying for. I got so tired of checking my speed and seeing it below what I was paying for from AT&T. NOT WITH TIME WARNER! If you use AT&T for internet they will run your TV signal over it and it slows it down so you never get what you pay for. TIME WARNER not only delivers they over deliver when it comes to internet. I'm guilty of only adding comments when I'm upset. If you read this and it helps you please consider returning and adding a comment when you're not upset. Basically, if you post a negative comment post a positive comment about another service provider.

I completed my order online, and they charged me the additional cost for the extra warranty on the tires. When I tried to call and ask them to reimburse me what they overcharged me, they said I would have to drive in with my credit card and do it person. When I said no, that wasn't going to happen after three times of saying no, they found me a manager and he reimbursed me for the amount they overcharged my card, over the phone. Not only that, I had asked them to replace the two bad tires on my girlfriend's vehicle and I have a strong feeling that they replaced one of the good ones and left the bad one on there. Because when my girlfriend got home one of the tires was really low on air. So I don't know what happened. I had two bad now I have a third. I have to make a trip back to inspect the two they took off. LOOK JUST DON'T LET THEM WASTE YOUR TIME... AVOID THEM!

They get it right every time! I really like this starbucks! The staff is super friendly and very helpful.
