I ordered a Seagate Barracuda ES. 2 drive for our server--found ServerSupply.com from a link on PriceWatch.com.

The drive just arrived today, and it's a reconditioned drive, which was never stated on PriceWatch or their site. I called them to complain, and they said if you click the "Item Details" link, you can see at the bottom that it says "CONDITION: SYSTEM PULL CLEAN TESTED"

Problem is, they show a photo of a NEW hard drive, and never mention that it's used unless you happen to click the tiny item details link on this page: https://www.serversupply.com/products/part_search/search_parts.asp?q=ST*******NS

I do this kind of stuff for a living, so I'm no dummy when it comes to shopping and ordering online. They're obviously trying to hide the fact that they're selling used drives, and I told them so. They would only refund my money if I paid to ship the drive back to them. What a pile of poop!
